We commissioned Matt and his team to create our side extension. Work was complicated by the removal of an old garage, reworking of the existing heating system within this garage and then creating two new rooms in the extension. From start to finish this was the smoothest build we’ve ever had done. Of course there were ups and downs but Matt and the folks he works with are capable, polite, clear and hard working. Clean, tidy and finished to a really high standard. Highly recommended.

MLL was founded by Matt, who came from a place as a cabinet maker and a kitchen fitter. Due to a frustration from trying to install high value kitchens, in poorly prepared spaces or most frequently not yet adequate spaces, grew a desire to set a better standard. We take the behaviours and standards of a cabinet maker and apply them to all areas of construction.
What we will offer you is a 'one-stop shop' experience. We can assist you in getting building application approval and partnered with an appropriate architect for your needs. We will take the time to hear your wants and offer a fresh perspective to achieve a design unique to you. We will give you a detailed quote and an accurate diary, which we take very seriously to adhere to, so that there's no surprises. Everything else required from there on will be handled by ourselves. The desired outcome is that you can go on with your day to day and be undisrupted, knowing that everything is in hand.
